Ladan Soltani can help anyone achieve their fitness goals, control

a great sense of achievement to everyone she trains.
Ladan brings a wealth of experience, gained both in the UK and internationally,
to her work. She qualified in 1990 as an aerobics trainer and has built
on that experience year by year so that now she offers a full suite
of fitness disciplines.

Ladan takes a holistic view of her clients, assessing their fitness,
shape, strength and weight aspirations in the context of their lifestyle
and character.
Her clients include celebrities and people of all ages from all walks
of life. She trains people with both general and specific fitness goals,
with disabilities, during pregnancy, and will advise on diet and nutrition.
