
In addition to one-to-one training, Ladan is a very popular visiting
instructor at a number of health clubs in west London. Classes she teaches
include Aerobics, Boxercise & Aeroskip, Step, Body Pump, Body Condition, Aqua, Stretch,
Street Dance, Core Stability and Circuits and for kids she also runs
KidsFit classes and Dance MTV Moves.
Often groups of people will get together and form a class under Ladan’s
direction. Schools ask her to run after-school dance and fitness clubs.
