Ladan will come to your home and train you in privacy. You don’t
need an enormous workout area or any special equipment. Ladan brings
with her all the fitness equipment for your session and utilises the
space in your home or garden.
Her personal training clients have differing goals including weight
loss, general fitness, and specific goals such as marathon running,
pre-natal preparation, post-natal shape recovery, charity cycle rides
and body building.
What ever event you may be training for, Ladan will run and train with
you giving sound advice and encouragement right up to the big day.
