Personal Training


Ladan will come to your home and train you in privacy. You don’t need an enormous workout area or any special equipment. Ladan brings with her all the fitness equipment for your session and utilises the space in your home or garden.

Her personal training clients have differing goals including weight loss, general fitness, and specific goals such as marathon running, pre-natal preparation, post-natal shape recovery, charity cycle rides and body building.

What ever event you may be training for, Ladan will run and train with you giving sound advice and encouragement right up to the big day.

Debbie Field is a mother of two and a specialist intensive care nurse. She says “After the birth of my first child my body went to pot. I knew I had to do something about it so started training with Ladan. I set my goal as running the London Marathon, which seemed completely impossible at the time.

When I found was pregnant again I carried on training with Ladan – we did a lot of running right up to the day I went in hospital. I had my second baby by Caesarean section but I was back into size 10 jeans seven weeks after the birth and within a year I was much leaner and lighter than before I was pregnant.

I’m now a complete fitness nut, and, although I’m not planning to enter any more Marathons at the moment (though I’ve completed two and raised a considerable amount for charity) Ladan still runs with me twice a week and I can’t think of anything that will change that.
